Anne Gaddis

HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

Anne is the Human Resources Generalist for Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation. She comes to LTFF with over 5 years of experience in the human resources field. Anne earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University. Prior to joining LTFF, Anne worked as the Director of Human Resources for a local non-profit organization helping Oklahoma’s most vulnerable populations which includes veterans, the aging, the homeless and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Before entering the world of human resources, Anne spent 10 years in the early childhood industry, where she even owned her own in-home childcare for several years. Anne is very familiar with the service industry as her grandfather owned and operated the old St. Michael’s Alley for nearly 20 years in Tulsa. In her free time, Anne enjoys spending time with her family and friends enjoying the outdoors, concerts, finding a spot by the pool, and participating in the Tulsa Run and RT 66 Half Marathon and the occasional mud/obstacle course.
