Karen Elzea
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Karen Elzea, Executive Administrative Assistant, is motivated and passionate about providing administrative and operational support to the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation. A transplant to Tulsa in 1983 with a degree in computer science Karen began her career in software development acquiring experience in technical writing, computer training, and software quality assurance testing. After spending a few years as a stay-at-home mom to son Zach and volunteering in the community, Karen reentered the work force embracing her creative passion for interior design and event coordination which further developed her people skills.
The diversity in her talents is what enables Karen to adapt and contribute to a dynamic creative environment like the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation. Having worked for family-owned entrepreneurial businesses all her life. Her husband Jeff is an entrepreneur as well…. Karen embraces her role with LTFF supporting the Tulsa community and its entrepreneurial landscape.
You can take the girl out of the country but you can’t take the country out of the girl! Karen thoroughly enjoys being in nature whenever possible while bird watching, gardening/landscaping, hiking and biking on trails. She also enjoys dancing and music appreciation.
