KITCHEN 66 ANNOUNCES TEN NEW FOOD BUSINESSES ACCEPTED INTO THE FALL 2022 LAUNCH PROGRAM
Tulsa’s kickstart kitchen, a program of the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, will equip the selected entrepreneurs to launch their business concepts over a four-month period.
Tulsa, OK – September 13, 2022 – Ten new food concepts are kicking off their journey through the Kitchen 66 Launch Program, an incubator program designed to help new food entrepreneurs build, test and scale their ideas.
The Fall 2022 cohort includes an eclectic group of local food entrepreneurs with concepts ranging from vegan bakery items to upscale Venezuelan dining. This next batch of eager foodies will receive sales training, access to commercial kitchen space, marketing support and more, which will allow them to get immersed in the Tulsa food scene.
The Kitchen 66 Fall 2022 Launch Program participants and their developing concepts are as follows. (All company names and concepts are tentative)
Se Yon Kim | So Bahn 82: Korean & Japanese Cuisine - challenges the notion of fitting Korean cuisine to the American palate and instead focuses on educating and introducing Americans to Korean cuisine.
Jose Angel San Roman | Matea - A fine dining Venezuelan concept with a full rum bar and chocolate pairings.
Saudra Reed & Eugene Garner | Mr. G’s Soul To Go Catering - Warm and loving southern hospitality and food.

Holly Biersack | Floured Hands - Pasta making school.
Randale Anderson | Hibachi in the Hood - Creating southern comfort food with influence from all around the world.
Lynn Michaels | Lynn’s Gelato - Small batch gelato using local ingredients and interesting flavors, such as chai spiced candied ginger gelato.
"We are honored to welcome the Fall 2022 cohort of the Kitchen 66 Launch Program! These ten incredibly innovative culinary entrepreneurs have such a contagious energy and passion for Tulsa and Tulsa cuisine,” said KateLynn Dunning, program director of Kitchen 66. "Over the next twelve weeks, these ten companies will start to build the foundations of new food businesses by studying the fundamentals of licensing, financials, marketing and branding."
“We are thrilled to take part in the Launch Program and have the opportunity to expand our business,” said Logann Little-Randall of Ambrosial Bites. "The community connections that we will make throughout this process are invaluable and we are thankful to have been chosen! We cannot wait to see where we will be in a few months with the help of the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation.”
The program began Monday, September 12 with orientation. The class will culminate with a demonstration opportunity at Mother Road Market to showcase concepts at its Meet the Makers event on December 8.
