MOTHER ROAD MARKET HOSTS COMMUNITY-WIDE BIRTHDAY BASH IN CELEBRATION OF ITS FOUR YEAR ANNIVERSARY
Oklahoma’s only non-profit food hall is inviting everyone to celebrate four years of doing good, eating well and shopping local on the Mother Road.
Tulsa, OK – Nov. 3, 2022 – On Saturday, Nov. 12, Mother Road Market will host a community-wide birthday bash to celebrate four years of providing Tulsans and travelers alike a place to eat, sip and shop.
“We’ve planned a celebration with our community in mind to say thank you for supporting us over the last four years,” said Cory Ross, events and hospitality manager at Mother Road Market. “This fun-filled day will include family-friendly events, new bite-sized dishes, specialty cocktails, live music and giveaways.”
Starting at 11 am on Saturday, Nov. 12, Tulsa’s best patio will be filled with free, family-friendly fun. A kids’ science show will kick off at 11:30 am, balloon twisters and face painting at 12 pm, Hot Toast Music Co at 1 pm and mini golf will be free until 3 pm.
The evening portion will kick off at 5 pm with a live music performance by Charlie Redd and Luna Voodoo. The headlining act, King Cabbage Brass Band, will take the stage at 7 pm. Tickets for the live music are only $10 and can be purchased ahead of time or at the door.
And what would Mother Road Market’s birthday be without food? All day, merchants will be offering Birthday Bites. These special menu items ($5-$9) allow customers to sample different foods around the market. Customers can vote for their favorite Birthday Bite and be entered into a drawing to win one of four $50 MRM gift cards.
“Entrepreneurship and innovation are at the core of our mission,” said Shagah Zakerion, executive director of the Lobeck Taylor Operating Foundation. “We wouldn’t be celebrating four years if it weren’t for the hard work and dedication of the local Tulsa businesses that make up our Mother Road Market family.”
Pre-Sale tickets and more information can be found at motherroadmarket.com/birthday.
